Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to guide them through the design journey
• Assess project sites and obtain precise measurements
• Develop landscape plans, sketches, and visual renderings
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and client presentations
• Close sales for premium residential design and build services
• Coordinate with installation teams during construction
• Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum of five years of professional landscape design experience
• Demonstrated ability to sell residential design and build projects
• Proficiency with hand drawing, AutoCAD, or Dynascape software
• Experience in estimating and proposal development
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
