CAD Designer

The CAD Designer position focuses on developing detailed CAD drawings for custom log homes and related structures, transforming client concepts into buildable plans. This onsite role in Kingdom City, Missouri provides mentorship and opportunities for ongoing professional growth, with an hourly rate between USD 18 and 21.

Responsibilities

• Produce precise CAD drawings for custom log homes, hybrid designs, and specialty structures
• Convert client concepts into accurate, buildable plans
• Develop layouts, material lists, and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Design and Engineering
• Assist estimating and sales teams with updated drawings
• Participate in client conversations as needed to refine designs
• Contribute to manuals and marketing visuals

Requirements

• An associate degree is required
• Minimum of two years of CAD or design experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Familiarity with building codes and design standards
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to stay organized across multiple projects
• Valid driver's license
