You will shape short‑form social video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, combining precise edits, color correction, retouching, and dynamic motion graphics to support both paid and organic campaigns. Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging short‑form videos for paid campaigns and organic social channels.
- Cut and sequence clips to build strong hooks, cohesive storytelling, and clear calls to action.
- Apply professional color correction and color grading to maintain a polished, consistent visual identity.
- Retouch video and photo assets as needed, including skin, lighting, and product enhancements while preserving authenticity.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, logo animations, and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
- Add captions, on‑screen text, sound design, music, and graphics optimized for social engagement and conversion.
- Adapt edits for multiple platforms and placements, including Reels, TikTok, Stories, Shorts, paid ads, website headers, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and social teams on concepts, scripts, shot lists, and campaign direction.
- Experiment with creative variations such as hooks, pacing, CTAs, and visual styles, guided by performance insights.
- Help sustain Oliveda’s premium visual aesthetic across digital channels.
- Stay current with editing trends, platform behaviors, creator content styles, animation techniques, and emerging formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
- Strong portfolio highlighting video editing, motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder.
- Solid skills in color grading and maintaining visual consistency across assets.
- Experience enhancing video and photo assets while preserving a natural, premium look.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media performance best practices such as hooks, watch time, retention, pacing, and conversion‑focused editing.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong eye for composition, pacing, typography, transitions, sound design, and modern social‑first editing styles.
- Capability to balance elevated brand visuals with authentic, native‑feeling social content.
