Job Description

Senior Graphic Design Specialist role at Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX, offering a hybrid work arrangement to elevate brand across North America and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets including presentations, campaign creatives, product collateral, social graphics, and web visuals
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communications
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goals to support product positioning and messaging
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness across all outputs
  • Ensure all work adheres to DFS brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and design systems
  • Maintain consistency of marketing assets across channels and touchpoints
  • Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on brand usage and design best practices
  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and sales enablement to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into effective visual executions
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while preserving creative integrity
  • Support cross-team alignment to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
  • Design sales enablement tools such as presentations, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with cohesive visuals across channels
  • Create visuals that communicate value propositions and differentiate DFS solutions
  • Optimize creative for engagement and performance across digital channels
  • Design booth graphics, signage, and event collateral for trade shows and customer events
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging visual presence across all event materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute event creative effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B, technology, or industrial sectors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools preferred
  • Experience designing for both digital and physical environments (web via AEM, social, print, events)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, or sales enablement initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15%
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, and campaign design
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and brand consistency
  • Highly organized with strong time management and project prioritization skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
