Job Description

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Senior Thumbnail & Motion Designer to lead the creation of YouTube thumbnails, motion graphics, and show branding across the Ramsey Network. The role works closely with producers, editors, and strategists, applying data-driven insights to improve performance. This is an onsite position based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

Design YouTube thumbnails that boost click-through rates and viewer engagement
Produce motion graphics and show assets using After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with producers and strategists to visually position programs and on-screen talent
Develop visual systems that preserve brand consistency while allowing each show to stand out
Leverage testing, analytics, and iterative design to continually enhance performance
Explore AI tools and emerging workflows to speed up processes and expand creative exploration
Mentor and support fellow designers on the team

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in digital design, YouTube content, creator media, or motion graphics
Strong Photoshop skills with proven thumbnail design capabilities
Experience creating motion graphics in After Effects
A portfolio featuring YouTube thumbnails, digital campaigns, motion graphics, or creator-focused work
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Excellent visual storytelling instincts and meticulous attention to detail

Job Description

Based onsite in Nashville, TN, this Creative Graphic Design role at Software Technology Inc reports to the Marketing Director. The position focuses on concepting and producing marketing materials while maintaining brand integrity across campaigns and events, with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite expected.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and translate ideas into visually engaging experiences across marketing assets, including web pages, collateral, presentation decks, digital ads, e-newsletters, logos, and event materials.
Oversee the visual development of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Guarantee graphic consistency and brand integrity across deliverables through final reviews and quality control prior to launch.

Requirements

Minimum four years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment. A degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
A digital portfolio demonstrating a strong range across campaign execution, logo design, typography, web layouts, PowerPoint templates, print production, and photography retouching; include a link to the online portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of cross-functional work across departments.
Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles and how design aligns with brand strategy.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Planner, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
