Digital Experience (UI/UX) Lead
Job Description
TYLin seeks a Digital Experience (UI/UX) Lead in Chicago, IL (onsite) to act as the Experience Architect across Global Infrastructure brands, translating brand strategy into intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Digital Brand Stewardship: serve as the primary digital translator for Brand and Creative Studio teams, translating brand narratives into high-performing digital interfaces while respecting core brand visual rules.
- Conversion-First Design Standards: define and promote digital design standards tailored for conversion, maintaining visual sophistication across web, email, social, and digital ads.
- Strategic Advisory: advise Demand Generation and Digital Infrastructure on turning complex business objectives into user-centered, responsive digital blueprints.
- Global Experience Design System: architect and maintain a comprehensive Digital Experience Design System with UI kits, master templates, and components to ensure consistency and governance across channels.
- Technical Integrity: ensure all designs are fully responsive, WCAG-accessible, and optimized for performance.
- Infrastructure Alignment: collaborate with the Digital Infrastructure lead to validate design feasibility within the CMS before production handoff.
- Experience Mapping: design high-fidelity user journeys and wireframes for global websites, email systems, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Conversion Optimization: partner with the Demand Generation Lead to shape visual journeys that realize lead-gen logic and campaign performance goals.
- Template Governance: build and maintain a library of Master Templates (Canva, Email, Web) to enable content teams to produce assets within approved UX guardrails.
- Functional Integration: act as the Experience Bridge between Demand Generation and Digital Infrastructure, delivering blueprints and mockups for technical vetting prior to Digital Delivery execution.
- Creative Synergy: collaborate with Brand and Creative Studio leads to preserve global aesthetics while optimizing for digital marketing platforms' functional needs.
- Behavioral Analytics: leverage UX analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data to refine visual strategies and demonstrate ROI of improved experiences.
- Iterative Optimization: continuously refine digital components based on user feedback and performance data to maximize engagement across the global ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in UI/UX design, digital art direction, and experience governance, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar high-fidelity prototyping tools; strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Portfolio: a robust collection demonstrating focus on user psychology, advanced visual logic, and scalable design systems.
- Mindset: highly collaborative, standards-driven specialist capable of guiding functional design through influence.
