Job Description

UI UX Designer role at ADT Security Services focused on creating conversion-driven experiences across ecommerce and brand websites, collaborating with eCommerce, UX/UI, and engineering teams to deliver brand-consistent and performance-ready creative.

Responsibilities

Design ecommerce and site assets, including homepage modules, product detail pages, landing pages, and promotional placements.
Develop responsive layouts and component variants optimized for desktop and mobile.
Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
Translate campaign strategy into on-site creative that supports merchandising and conversion goals.
Create assets for lifecycle and retargeting journeys tied to website and D2C initiatives.
Maintain consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
Deliver developer-ready files and coordinate through QA to ensure production fidelity.
Leverage performance and behavioral data to iterate on page-level and module-level creative.
Support experimentation efforts with multiple design concepts and test variants.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and conversion fundamentals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
Detail-oriented execution with solid prioritization skills.
4+ years of digital design experience with ecommerce or D2C focus.
Portfolio showcasing web and onsite merchandising design work.
Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRO workflows and A/B testing practices.
Knowledge of basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).
Experience using analytics tools to inform creative decisions.
