Job Description

Children's of Alabama is seeking a Senior Coordinator Graphic Design to join its Birmingham campus on site. This role delivers broad creative services—from writing and editing to concept development, layout, photography, and new media development—across assigned service lines and departmental accounts, while shaping communication strategies and coordinating design work to support the hospital's strategic marketing and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide creative services including writing, editing, concept development, design and/or layout, photography, and new media development, and craft messages and designs for the Alabama Children’s Hospital Foundation and Children's of Alabama assigned service lines or departmental accounts.
Coordinate these communication activities in support of Children's of Alabama's strategic marketing and business initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support photography needs including styling, shooting, and editing content
Produce digital and print advertisements
Assist with production of all materials to sustain creative excellence and accuracy
Select photos, illustrations, colors, typography, and layouts, then apply proofing corrections
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment
Prepare files for printing
