Senior UI/UX Designer

Technostacks invites you to join as a Senior UI/UX Designer in a full-time onsite role in McKinney, TX. This position has two openings and offers the opportunity to influence user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn business goals into elegant, functional designs, while ensuring consistency with design systems and brand guidelines. The role also involves working with international clients to deliver accessible, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, system designs, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Translate business requirements into elegant, functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on outcomes.
• Maintain consistency across design systems and brand guidelines.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Strong expertise in Figma, with ability to produce wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Experience in web design, system design, wireframing, and mobile app design.
• Recent project experience on at least five projects.
• Experience working with and communicating to international clients.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions confidently to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS alongside design tools.
