Responsibilities
- Craft motion graphics and animated content for digital and social platforms, staying within brand guidelines while bringing a fresh visual perspective
- Design across multiple formats, including social graphics, reports, presentation decks, data visualizations, brand systems, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with copywriters, account leads, and strategists to deliver cohesive creative, supporting the team’s involvement in marketing and data visualization
- Assist with administrative components of account work such as creative requests, project tracking, notes, and feedback
- Independently manage small projects and work streams
- Engage across teams and work respectfully and effectively with others
- Prepare thoroughly for meetings by reviewing materials in advance and staying attentive during calls
- Guide and share knowledge with junior or new team members; oversee and mentor interns
- Own assigned tasks, understand how work ladders up to larger goals, meet deadlines without reminders, organize documents for team sharing, and manage multiple projects using a variety of tools
- Meet deadlines set by the client lead
- Draft error-free content such as video edits, proposals, scripts, and presentations, drawing on demonstrated subject matter expertise
- Adapt quickly to new ideas and client needs, connecting daily work to strategic objectives
- Review and distill insights about online video into actionable recommendations, escalating issues when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or similar creative environment
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and brand systems
- Motion design skills with a solid reel of work
- Illustration skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to different brand identities
